it's just being hungry and hitting low blood sugar, hypoglycemia. But I swear, just two bites of food and the shakiness is gone. It's not harmful like people think it's just your body's way of telling you that you're hungry

umm def not normal, but it happens because of weakness, exhaustion, or constant fatigue (for my case- idk the general phenomenon) my hands shakes a lot as well, and the doctors just say to focus on my diet altho it's not really that bad, but yeah- it happens.
