Due to circumstances of life and historic events, our mindset has been really affected, for that reason you really need to study our people very well, the environment before doing business in Ghana. --- Secondly and this is very very I mean like, extremely important, you have to apply 80% military discipline in your business on the ground, real talk, if you want to take your business to the next level.

No more words. The recently revealed allegations of ass@ult at a renowned college should horrify us all. Every individual who minimizes, excuses, conceals, and fails to investigate is complicit in perpetuating a culture that allows these atrocities to happen. Again. And again. And again. Because the most tragic part is how so very unsurprising this is. The DAs office has issued a public statement stating that the victim's use of Ketamine and alcohol did not qualify her as unable to consent based on her initial statement, and that is the reason a case was never opened. But no one spoke to her. Or a doctor. They relied on a statement provided by a traumatized victim and the University she trusted. Ketamine is a powerful anesthetic agent commonly used in surgery. No one would ever consider someone who has received ketamine to be able to provide informed consent in a medical setting. So why would our legal standards be different? Here are the tragic facts: 📊 About 1 in 4 undergraduate women experience nonconsensual s€xual contact during college (AAU Campus Climate Survey, 2019). 📊 About 4 in 5 s€xual ass@ults against college women are never reported to police (U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics, 2014). 📊 In a peer-reviewed study at one university, 28% of women reported s€xual ass@ult since starting college (Mellins et al., PLoS ONE, 2017). Survivors stay silent because they're doubted, shamed, and too often watch those who hurt them face little consequence. When institutions fail them, research shows their trauma gets worse. Why would any woman face this kind of humiliation, when the most likely outcome is loss of their prospects, and a slap on the wrist for their assailants? We have to do better. Teach better. Raise better. Have accountability. For our daughters AND sons. September is Women in Medicine month. Let's support women, together. Here is an article with recent details on the horrific event I am referring to. https://www.nytimes.com/2026/09/28/nyregion/cornell-chi-phi-fraternity-assault.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share #sexualassaultawareness #justiceforwomen #womensupportingwomen #silenceisnotconsent womeninmedicine
