This is a grotesque instance of under sentencing the person being convicted after being prosecuted. The sentence, if you can call it that, was for his actions. Said actions resulted in another person’s life being abruptly ended-this 45 year old man pre meditated his movements. He had help. His rage took over. Was he drug tested? This is a grossly disproportionate punishment meaning he needs A LOT MORE TIME. This p*sees me off. Poor kid.
