what world are you living in you'd want to use three quarter inch plywood and at least a gif and you don't want gaps and holes in the plywood to weaken it so you'd probably buy a more dense multi-layer plywood and now we're talking $100 with taxes included here in Canada add a few straight 2x4s without wanedwood cracks twists curves valleys warped and we're talking $150 in total now put some labor on that and your shop equipment your tools casters the screws energy costs, something for your time let's say $25 an hour and it's a you could build one in two and a half hours. why on Earth would you sell it for $150. to add a little something to this note if the casters are from places like princess auto they'll fall apart on you within a year so you have to purchase good casters and they're going to be nothing under $30 to $50 for a set of four
