I remember an old therapist I had telling me about full moons. Something about the alignment with earth affects some gravity thing and water levels and whatever on the earths surface to the point it actually affects us due to water content of humans. This is why I never sleep well on a full moon and I’m also moody for 3-4 days when it’s due. Idk the exact science behind it but it is backed up I’m just too lazy to cite sources

i worked in a juvi before, kids went feral l for some reason and they didn't even know it was a full moon. i work in an elementary school now and those kids are absolutely feral on a morning after a full moon, it's insane. it's not a theory, just the truth. 😭🫡
