Kalau suara mesin diesel tiba-tiba jadi kasar, itu tanda bahaya yang tidak boleh diabaikan. Berikut adalah penyebab paling sering dan cara memastikan, khususnya untuk mesin diesel Kubota: 🔴 **Penyebab Paling Sering (Urutan Paling Logis)** 1️⃣ **Oli bermasalah / pelumasan drop (PALING BAHAYA)** *Penyebab:* - Oli habis / encer - Oli tercampur solar / air - Pompa oli lemah *Ciri:* - Bunyi kasar dari bawah mesin - Mesin cepat panas - Tekanan oli turun / lampu oli nyala *➡️ Tindakan DARURAT:* 🛑 Matikan mesin ✔️ Cek oli (level, bau, warna) 2️⃣ **Metal batang piston/main bearing mulai rusak** *Ciri:* - Bunyi geduk / tak keras - Muncul saat gas diturunkan mendadak - Getaran bertambah *➡️ Solusi:* ❌ Tidak bisa disetel ✔️ Turun mesin 3️⃣ **Timing injeksi berubah (terlalu maju)** *Ciri:* - Bunyi “ketak-ketak” - Mesin cepat panas - Tenaga ada tapi kasar *➡️ Solusi:* ✔️ Mundurkan timing tipis 4️⃣ **Injector nembak / macet** *Solusi:* servis injector 5️⃣ **Setelan klep berubah** *Solusi:* setel klep 6️⃣ **Benda asing masuk (jarang tapi fatal)** *Solusi:* bongkar head 🧪 **Tes Cepat (5 Menit)** 1️⃣ Matikan mesin 2️⃣ Cek oli (bau solar? susu?) 3️⃣ Hidupkan langsam → dengar sumber bunyi 4️⃣ Naikkan RPM → lepas gas cepat *Bunyi makin keras = metal* ❌ **Jangan Dilakukan:** - Dipaksa kerja - Naikkan gas untuk “menghilangkan bunyi” - Abaikan tanda awal ✅ **Kesimpulan Tegas:** Suara mesin kasar mendadak = ada kerusakan atau pelumasan gagal.
