it's 12.99 usd so when you convert it, that's why it's priced like that 💔

@For Da Pusa: Honestly, cannot justify. Thanks to National Bookstore for making books available and affordable for some of us.

honestly pretty sad to see na 'di na affordable sa masa ang new copies ng mmpb nowadays. buti na lang nanjan si booksale and nbs to cater for a broke reader like me na mas prefer ang physical copies over digital ones. 😭

Mahal na lahat ngayon, paper, printing at shipping. Tapos publishing comps are slowly phasing out yung MMPBs. Ebook nlang talaga solusyon

I've seen a docu on this, sadly pocket size/mass market books are being phased out na. Sad nga eh, pamahal na nang pamahal mga libro.

Agree na mejo mataas. good thing there are options to find pre-loved ones. But there are certain titles din na instead na magspend ka ng time makipagpuksaan sa liveselling, ipreorder mo na lang or get it straight from FBooked.

Books used to be affordable and now it’s a luxury for some to even buy them new. You can blame it on customs, taxes, shipping, licensing, and inflation 😭

That’s just the price of the book in usd, if you want anyone to blame, blame the publishing industry.
