vv is obviously worse than noblesee because no one cares that much abt yhe cryo res shred. the reason vv might be ran is if the cryo slot is cryo travler, but in reality its if the cryo slot is the tsaritsa after she comes out. vv is definitely worse for most teams right now, but if you are running faruzan with the tsaritsa her best set will most likely be vv. (if im wrong ig ill delete but watchhhhh)

This HAS to be ragebait, tenacity needs constant elemental skill application and diona doesnt have that. Cryo traveler is better than team and can use tenacity. Also see how vv buffs odette (and will buff cryo mc) more than noblesse. You just using wrong team and wrong sets

Because VV doesn’t shred Anemo RES. In this team, it’s basically only useful for Odette/Cryo MC. Vesna is Anemo, and most of her damage comes from Anemo Swirl. The set only works with Cryo Swirl anyway
