I applied for barista which took me like over 30 minutes and it was an instant rejection. It was at midnight so I know no one actually reviewed it and I genuinely think not even ai did. I think it was one of those fake jobs that they put so that it looks like they’re advertising jobs for like the thingy they have to meet in order to not get in trouble. I was genuinely pissed and I’m sick of it always happening

I’ve tried applying on multiple job sites. I’ve applied to companies directly. I’ve applied 200s of jobs and got some interview interviews which is rare, and still got denied, even though I was qualified. What’s worse is that they’ll even talk to me like they’re giving me the job and then deny me right after, it’s so discouraging
