People are not getting it . As Black women, we like that fresh, neat braids look. White women tend to like their hair fuller, so when our braids start getting old and there’s more growth at the roots, they see the fullness and think the braids look even better. But as Black women, we already know that’s the stage where the braids are old and we’re ready to take them out 😂. Hope this helps
