In my opinion, Kamen Rider, Ultraman and Super Sentai all represent heroism, but I also think that they all individually represent a different aspect of a hero. For Kamen Rider it's personal sacrifice and choosing to fight. Riders are often ordinary people who gain power at a cost. Their stories focus on overcoming trauma, resisting corruption, and deciding to protect others even when they're alone. Heroes like Kamen Rider Kuuga, Kamen Rider W, and Kamen Rider Gavv fit that theme. For Super Sentai it's teamwork and trust. The message is that no one saves the world alone. Each member has strengths and weaknesses, and they win by working together, whether it's the samurai family bond of Shinkenger or the found-family chaos of Zenkaiger. As for Ultraman, it is hope and protecting all life. Ultras are cosmic guardians who often risk themselves for entire civilizations. Their stories ask what it means to coexist with humans, kaiju, and even former enemies. Ultraman Mebius and Ultraman Z especially highlight passing hope to the next generation. So if I had to sum them up in three words: Kamen Rider = Resolve. Super Sentai = Unity. Ultraman = Hope.

One of the main contender for me is definitely Fourze. He doesn't just protect people and fight evil, but he also lift people up from the darkness that they're facing. Hell that's the entire plot of his show. He tries to understand his enemy and help them bring out the best quality in themselves, while also inspiring them to be a better person. This is reflected by the fact that he become a teacher after he graduates, trying to pass on goodness onto the next generation to the point that he's willing to sacrifice his driver to push his student to become a hero. Sure, he might be a bit brash sometimes, but deep down, he truly is a good person.

for me personally it’s ultraman omega. he abandoned his duties as a space gazer after getting his memories back and decided to go against the rule of his own people by interfering with the life of a planet to protect the life of his friends. he sacrificed what he was for what he discovered. he learned humanity and it’s kindness, and slowly learn to love them, and made a choice to protect them. its not exactly heroic, but shows his courage to give up what he originally was to protect what he had found after thousand of years of loneliness as a space gazer. i think that itself is quite symbolic as giving up an identity is difficult as it is, as he even almost sacrificed his own life for earth.

I definitely think Ultraman. Man-san, the og carries that unfamiliarity of aliens. But he brings forth humanity as well as hope. His existence brings forth idealistic nonsense like love, peace, protection, understanding and hope into fruitition. The very fact the line "Have you truly become so fond of humans, Ultraman?" carries so much weight and emotion is more than enough for me to make him the most hero-like toku hero. Because he's not just an Ultra. He too, is a man.

Ultraman Nexus .... you need know, how to become ultraman like this one but not Ultraman but you! You are the control here as dunamist not human host! you can feel pain and anything after battle with kaiju and if you death well Nexus can arrive you but you memory like trauma or else is erased. don't you thing become Ultraman is easy? also "Ultraman" is just title call by human like US.

Kamen Rider OOO, he resembles the lower class and living in a futuristic world. He has gone through wars while traveling and it's why he helps people, he was doing good even before he got his powers.

Emmm for me its everyone because they all something to protect and they all have gain hope to all humanity that they swore to protect, it's not I say it because of powers it's because of they like ultraman, there are fighter and kindness like ultraman cosmos and Theo, in kamen rider before kuuga have his warrior form he use the white form and he protect while he know he can die.. So everyone is they own hero to protect is their responsibility and reasons. We can all be hero if we protect what we love and take on the responsibilitys, love, kindness, happyness. That's my answer. BE HAPPY AND BE NICE HAVE A GOOD DAY OR NIGHT EVERYONE IF THERE NO ONE BELIVE I YOU THEN I WOULD 👍
