I know so many men who’s kids live with them yet pay child support but are too scared to petition the courts bc they know mom is so spiteful she’ll make kids stay with her and the kids will suffer.

Must be Texas. Texas don't give a dm. I been paying child support as well and kids live with me full time. Luckily my kids mom not evil and just gives it back to me. She even requested that they put her on CS and that it was best that they stayed with me. Judge literally said "No"

my kids have not spent the night at their mother's house in four and a half years. I have never received a dime of child support, yet...... luckily in British Columbia the Court's favored men far more than most places. will get my child support eventually

this is not the court being unfair. The court does not know what is happening in your life and cannot in real time refresh and sync their court orders to your life. YOU have to hire a lawyer (or rep yourself. Not that hard in family law), schedule a hearing and request the changes. If everything he is saying is true, he will get what he is requesting.

I’ve been saying this for years now. Child support should be REQUIRED to be spent on the childs needs. The fact that she can just take his money for that long and never spend a dime of it on the kids is insane.

paid child support for 18 years.... my ex had 100% full custody. He is currently ranked 271 of 279 in his class, bottom essentially.... but the Army War veteran with an associates, wasn't worthy of shared parenting or any rights

My ex was able to claim he had them 30% of the time with no proof needed but when he got married and stopped taking them at all I needed as much paperwork as a divorce to prove they were home with me 100%
