@hairykarimakeup: Anyone else feel this way? I’m not saying cancer was easy or it didn’t come with a whole bag of trauma. But all I wanted was more time, and now that I have it… what am I doing with it? . I’m refuse to waste what I was given on trying to get people to see me, to love me. Or trying to change others. I’m spending it with my husband, my children, the people who bring me joy. Are the bills going to get paid? Yes, they always do, even if they are late, or my bank account is negative for a few day. What do I gain by stressing about things that I can’t control. . So I am here to tell you that you were given a gift. Life. A second chance to live. This!! I have said this several times! Cancer was a gift…as crazy as it sounds. I get it. I would’ve never been able to look at life the way I do now had it not been for Pancreatic Cancer.
