Ingredients: 2 lbs 85/15 Ground Beef ½ box Chicken Stove Top Stuffing 2 cups Cornbread (crumbled) 2 Large Eggs 1 cup Whole Milk 1 Onion & 1 Red Pepper (sautéed ahead) 2 tbsp Ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire 1 ½ tbsp Dan-O’s K-Pop Seasoning ½ tbsp Dan-O’s Preem-O ½ tbsp Black Pepper 1 pinch Kosher salt Glaze:¼ cup Ketchup 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp Brown Sugar ½ tbsp Worcestershire Instructions: Combine all meatloaf ingredients Shape: Form into 6 to 8 mini pods.
