I mean cell phones do still have this issue, and across Canada cellar covers a larger area than landlines. Within cities, phones are probably fine.

our office phones were converted to teams phone - the biggest complaint I have not being on camera is you can't tell when the other person is speaking or trying to speak, and I have Csuites that will just keep talking until they get interrupted, buy the noise cancelation on cell phones & now the teams phones means they can't hear you go uh huh, yeah, we'll no.... etc.

I rarely use any other app to make calls other than phone, I'll get on group calls if invited but don't make them

I make phone calls all the time and see clients in person. I thrive with in person meetings and hate online meetings. With that being said I understand doing online meetings to save on time and travel.
