I am always polite but "anything else?" after everything I ask for is annoying, and when I pull up they say "How can I help you?" like "Yeah can you give me directions to the county building and then head on over and pick up my dog from the groomer?". When I worked a drive thru, I said "Hi, welcome to blah blah blah, what would you like to order today?"

I am huge on manners. If I forget to say please or thank you it seriously keeps me awake at night. I taught my kids manners young and I always got complements on how well behaved they are. This world is getting very uncivilized. Makes me sad.

I got called sweetie today in the drive through, by a girl my age (25-27) and omggggg🥰🥰🥰 made my day. It pays to be kind to people cause between the thank yous and please and the sweetie, it made a crap morning so much better.
