unfortunately the Helaena one is false. she saw the future yet did nothing to prevent it. When Rhaenyra was asking about the future, she could have told her where she was going to end up. with Aegon and Aemond same way. now granted her siblings and Alicent didn't care, that's true, but the people who literally know about Dreamers, Rhaenyra and Daemon, she could have went to then and tried to prevent it. another example being her seeing herself in the future with her kids on. farm with her chickens, and a dream of GOT but she chose in the next ep to jump. Helaena could have prevented a lot if she had just actually spoken to the ones who wanted peace.
