I’m 100% on board with this dynamic, my partner is a provider, however I think in the original post came across as ‘I do everything, he just pays for everything and gets to sleep in’ 🤣 which I think could be perceived as contributing to the narrative that because a man provides he doesn’t have to do his share of parenting, house work etc. as you listed what he pays for, not what he does x

The comments on that other post are absolutely not it. It’s not going backwards for women it’s using an informed decision and choice. If I had the choice to stay home while my little one is still wee I absolutely would !! Being a mum is a full time job 24/7 365 ❤️
