99% of "atheists" are atheists because they dont like religion and it doesn't fit with their own views, they dont even support the belief that no god/higher being exists yet they call themselves athiests

1. No flaw. The answer is yes. If the "only" reason you don't do harm is fear of punishment then its an admission you desire to do harm, but choose not to out of fear. Thus you are not a "good" person. Those without the desire to do harm simply don't do harm, even if there was no punishment.

There are dozens of ‘bad things’ according to religion that we don’t do despite there not being a legal punishment. So no, secular people can be moral and good without the fear of punishment. Unlike religious people. 5. Everything that exists in reality can be observed to exist in reality. If god is able to interact with or influence reality then those interactions and influences would be observable, irregardless of the nature of god or his alleged existence outside reality. If god is unable to interact with or influence reality then he is no different from being nonexistent.

1. refraining from murder only out of the fear of the consequences makes you a terrible person, yes. to be good, people need to have better reasons not to kill each other. 1. Not doing something out of fear is not moral goodness it is simply self preservation it's generally good but it's not morally good if you would do it without fear coercing you 2. I simply do not make those claims 3. Doctrines HAVE enabled alot of toxic behavior that's undeniable but you logically can't generalize athiests off of a lack of belief in something that's redundant the regime were but not because they were athiest but because they were fascist dictators 4. Objective morality simply isn't real so I can't say anything is objectively evil and neither can you but I can say something is evil in correlation with how harmful it is to the well being of life. 5. The argument highlights religious unreliably if you can't definitively observe divinity in the natural world then your just making unsubstantiated claims based off of unproven doctrines

3. Blatant misrepresentation. There is no Atheist regimes. Atheism describes a state of being, it is not a worldview from which any movement was based upon to further the cause of Atheism. No civilization was built upon Atheism. No calls to spread Atheism by forced conversions. No crusades to take back the "unholy" lands from the infidel believers. No regime has ever existed that was formed by Atheism, to defend/spread Atheism, nor to wage genocide in the name of Atheism.
