This is the reason I don’t believe those charges should be upheld, he hesitated to say it but I will “has Man City been good for the Prem?” The answer is a resounding YES, they brought players, excitement and popularity to a league that was stagnant and loosing viewers to La Liga, Pep and City changed all that and made the Prem the most popular league again, so how anyone can say differently makes no sense to me.

If nothing happens to Man City or they somehow win their appeal, Newcastle can go and spend whatever they want in the January transfer window and the PL will not be able to do a thing about it. And that’s not just Newcastle, that applies to all clubs in the PL.
