I don’t wanna admit this, but I was usually either picking or got picked first. I killed it at dodgeball and forget about red Rover. No one was stopping me when I came over and I always took the cute girl back.

I was the kid who always got picked last. With one eye that drifted inward, I had no depth perception, which meant dodgeball was never really a game for me—it was target practice. Every single time, I took that red rubber ball straight to the face. Life isn’t always fair. You live with what you’re dealt. It is what it is.
