Why do you think the Hydro Sovereign hates him the most among the Seven? Why do you think Zibai calls him “Heaven’s Star?” How was he able to give a pair of eyes to Azhdaha? He only has authority over Geo after all, nothing more, right? How does he remember that he and Barbatos are the only remaining original Archons despite Rukkhadevata’s data in Irminsul being erased? Why does he have a contract to not give any information about the past of the abyss sibling? Why does Morax have very similar design and combat style as the Watcher: Fallen Vigil? A being created by the Ruler of Space. Maybe, just maybe, it’s because he is either heavily related to Asmoday, or to Nibelung.

I made a theory *SPOILERS ALERT* that the power she's looking for is traveler's light element. it was shown in the cutscene on the fight against ronova the traveler user all elements and unlocked his usual light element. maybe tsaritsa expects to use that against the heavenly principle

Just remember, zhongli can go toe to toe against heavenly principle and they made peace and contract in order for them to make zhongli stay quiet (which is what zhongli wants)

In Zibai's Story Quest, she revealed another name for Zhongli, (Heaven Star) and we also knew that he is a Decree. and she also stated that Zhongli have a power that rivals the angels themselves and she was shocked to know that he is not an angel. No wonder why the Tsaritsa would need him, the guy is tremendously strong and his power is out of charts.

bcs he isn't from teyvat at all he is most likely one of the dragons from dang hengs home planet which would also explain why he was so strong and his nickname and he most likely made a contract with the heavenly principles to obey the rules of teyvat since he always holds onto contracts
