I have been using a topical of progesterone, estrogen, testosterone and while on it it seems like my glp1 is less effective...due to a life event I for got to use my topical for a bit and noticed the GLP1 has kicked in again. 🛟

My anxiety won’t let me take the progesterone. 🥴. I’ve got whole bottle and I found out 20% can have opposite reaction and it can increase anxiety and racing thoughts.

I tried estrogen patches but I’m dealing with alpha gal. The ingredients don’t say mammal byproducts, but I got so sick when I tried them. I had total hysterectomy at 24, I’m 53, should I give up at this point lol?
