@315justme: 🍗 Smothered Chicken with Spinach, Mushrooms & Mozzarella 🍗 Tender chicken disappears beneath spinach, mushrooms, and a blanket of mozzarella. 🍴 Ingredients: * 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced * 5 ounces baby spinach * 3 garlic cloves, minced * 3/4 cup chicken broth * 1/2 cup heavy cream * 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella * 1/2 teaspoon paprika * Salt and black pepper to taste 🍴 Instructions: 1. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high. 2. Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side until 165°F (74°C); transfer to a plate. 3. Brown mushrooms for 5 minutes. Add garlic for 30 seconds, then wilt spinach. 4. Pour in broth and cream and simmer 4 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Return chicken, spoon sauce and vegetables over it, add mozzarella, cover, and cook on low until melted. 👩‍🍳 Pro Tips: * Avoid crowding mushrooms so they brown instead of steaming. * Use low heat after adding mozzarella for an even melt. ⏱️ Prep Time: 15 minutes 🍳 Cook Time: 28 minutes ⌛ Total Time: 43 minutes #followmyrecipes #phototrend #newrecipesdaily2026 #itsfallyall🍁🍂 #whatsfordinner?
