@mistithorpe: Alleigha Botner’s attorney says she will not be charged with a crime and has no criminal liability in Ashley Flynn’s d—h. And before anyone gets confused — those are HER ATTORNEY’S words, not me defending Alleigha. 😂 We all heard the texts. Caleb Flynn repeatedly talked about wanting Ashley d— and k—— her. Alleigha also said she wanted Ashley d— and at one point said, “I want to k— her, Caleb.” I think some of the things she said were absolutely vile. But according to her attorney, there is no evidence that Alleigha took any action to help Caleb carry out Ashley’s m––r. The State never offered Alleigha anything in exchange for her testimony. No deal for taking the stand. She initially minimized the affair while speaking with police, apparently trying to preserve her reputation, before ultimately admitting the truth about their relationship.
