I am learning from you and others right now while living with MS. I’ve done some homework along the way, but not nearly enough for my liking. I do find the CNS fascinating! I’ve definitely learned a lot from my PT, and she has encouraged me to be patient with my body AND to do different things outside of my comfort zone in order to maintain my independence.

🤎 It's helpful for me to hear other's experiences. sometimes I realize that something I experience is MS related. I get the vocabulary to research things like the MS hug or vertigo. I was diagnosed 5 years ago and watching other people's journeys makes me feel less lonely Thank you for sharing 🤎

I have a problem cause I am living with MS, but people around me will read a little about it and then try to tell me how to live with it.
