The RX 9060 XT 16 GB also delivers great performance at 4K. With FSR, I can get around 120 FPS while maintaining 60 FPS without it. I think it’s a great price to performance GPU as well.

This is close to making an excellent point, but its not just monitor, its also per game. Even the 5090 will struggle to break 100 FPS at 4k on the hughest settings for some games (FFXVI, STALKER 2, Starfield, Dragon Age: the veilguard, Star Wars Outlaws, etc)

i've had no problems with 4k 120hz with my 7900xtx, the 5080's raw performance is like 10% better so by that logic not even the 5080 should be in the last tier
