The reason I don’t get excited about the idea of buying a new build is that most times you’re buying them at a premium. I’ve seen far too many cases of people being in negative equity from buying them, or even selling the house for less than they bought it.

i have a question though, its only for new builds and we now know what crappy builds new builds are, so the reason we are getting 2.5% mortage is becasue they arnt worth anything at all and we are just being lied to, how many years is that new buil built to last? because i know old stone buildings still standing around sound and new builds have been demolished because they were unsafe. So is Burnham just trying to sell stock that doenst sell to people who dont know any better?
