Both of these can be true at the same time. Yes capitalism shouldn't exist. Yes the utopia would be an egalitarian autopoietic society, with no centralized power, sustained by automatic AI driven logistics and resource rearrangement and distribution, and automation of tedious jobs, so that anyone can seek their true passions and that way automatically contributing to society without the need to enforce it, since everyone is happy by simply studying and applying their passions. But we don't live in that utopia today. So we have to work with what we've got. Meaning: to reject this system, you shouldn't ignore it, but change it from inside. How? By choosing a job independently from how much it pays you, but singularly depending on your passion.
