that it? I worked on an L&D unit, a nurse went to go put the leads back on an addict mom's belly, uncovered her and there it was, delivered still between her legs. it was unable to be resuscitated. the mother simply said " oh that thing? I had that a long time ago" amd went back to sleep

As a patient many times there is no amount of pain I could be in that would make me treat the angels that are my nurses badly. Some people just need to be checked back into reality.

Her: I need you to check and see if she (the Dr) stitched me up tight like I told her. I am not going to the other room until she gets this done. My husband wanted it tighter

My oldest son was born with VATER syndrome.. my precious nurse stayed thru her shift and then some, bc my son was taken 5 hrs away to another hospital.. 7 years later I give birth to my middle son, she saw me in the er checking in bc I had cesarean sections with all my babies.. and decided to get put on the maternity floor that day and stayed with me all thru that.. 3rd son.. saw me coming in and stayed once more.. she is one of my heroes.. my oldest is 25 and I’ll never forget the kindness she showed and gave thru all 3 of my babies [Red heart][Perfect score]

I dnt understand, my nurse was a god send I was in labor for 14 hours by myself no family nothing and she stayed with me almost the whole time unless I was sleeping. I wish I could remember her name

Here I am over apologizing to my nurses bc I had a unmediated birth with Pitocin and was having a panic and screamed out does the doctor not know how to run 😭 my amazing nurse ended up catching my baby I will never forget that nurse she was soooo sweet and amazing
