Taking 2 showers in a 24 hour period will help! One at night with soap and essentials and in the morning with no soap, maybe a sensitive skin body wash

first things first, phone is neverrr to the face. i don’t use pillows. I alwayyyyssss wash my hands. I don’t wear makeup and I don’t use AirPods but 🥰

not everyone are filthy, i use a microfiber with dishwashing liquid and bleach and squeeze it to almost dry and wipe all the phones. earpods etc separate for out of the house and separate for inside, pillows get washed when i feel it needs to beddings are washed once a week. we always use anti bacterial handwash and hand sanitizer, we dont share make up , hair brushes, straightener or health products

use a lysol wipe on ur phone daily. ur phone is the most dirtiest thing you touch daily
