it's math percentage increases under 100 are relatively small percentage increases at 200 and 300 are double and triple kinda like how your investments crawl under 100k but doubles at 200k etc

We looked at a house listed for $500.000. We heard from our agent that they just list it at that price so more people would come and look at it, and make offers. It went for $625.000. 🤷

Price growth of the houses is one part of the equation. Wage growth (or lack there of) is the other part. The combination is why we feel it’s worse now. 🤷♂️
