@crusoe_dachshund: “Been a while we haven’t posted an actual update on Crusoe, and especially as he’ll be turning 17 in just one month, here we go! He’s doing well, and enjoying his golden years in retirement. He does struggle a bit physically with walking sometimes, but he still manages to get where he wants to go. He very much enjoys having Daphne by his side, even if he doesn’t play or chase anymore. He enjoys her comfort, and appreciates that she can keep the toddler occupied so as not to disturb his naps.. In fact, if only our child had come around a few years sooner, I know Crusoe would have had a lot of fun with him, as he used to always become some playful around children, endlessly bringing them his ball.. His blood work is pretty normal and stable for his age, which is definitely something we appreciate after having gone through previous experiences with his liver enzymes. Thank you to all our longtime fans who - despite us being quieter these days, still genuinely care about our little guy..” ~ Dad/Ryan
