Black and Blue (2019): ⸻ The film opens with Alicia West (Naomie Harris), a rookie cop and Army veteran who has recently returned to her hometown of New Orleans. Struggling to fit in both with the community and within the police force, Alicia wants to prove herself as a capable officer. During a night shift, she partners with another officer, but while responding to a call, she stumbles upon something she was never meant to see.
