Tom the fish is local to me. It’s clearly a very quality produce but its cost is completely out of most people’s budget. I rarely buy fish from the supermarket because I just don’t trust how it’s farmed etc.

Those prices are crazy!!! It can taste twice as good as supermarket but in a cost of living crisis normal people can’t afford to pay £47 for 6 pieces of salmon or a kilo of seabass!
