If you ask me, Lindsay went to CVS right after doctors appointment with her daughter that’s the bag you saw on the counter. That’s the video they need to retrieve her in that CVS that morning.

I also have a problem with the findings involving Dawson and PJHussey testimony. Hussey testified that after hearing the scream, he looked through the basement window, saw the light on, and could see Patrick and Dawson. He said he could see Patrick unwrapping something from Dawson's head/neck He was even shown Exhibit 50—which, was visual representation and not the actual crime-scene photographs—and identified it as the window he looked through. But look at Exhibits 92 and 93. The direct view into the room shows the blinds completely closed, with no visible window view into the room. So how exactly could Hussey see anything??? Then there's Daniel Dougherty's testimony. When asked what happened after the screaming, he testified that he, Hussey and Heath looked at each other trying to figure out what was happening. When specifically asked if anyone left the area, Dougherty said: "Captain Hussey did. Firefighter Heath went to go get a backboard." He said he stayed with Lindsay. Nowhere in that testimony does Dougherty say Hussey was looking through the basement window… I'm beginning to believe Hussey's lied to give Patrick an eyewitness account since no one else saw Patrick untie the bands and Patrick could say that’s how his DNA ended up on the bands… Exhibits 37 and 38 that show the basement light on are completely different… one has the blinds up and one has the blinds down in the window above the basement… those are questionable just because of that discrepancy alone…

I have question Im noticing people aren't talking about: hypothetically... If you saw you child or children on a floor not moving, would you as a parent just 'sream' or would you scoop that child up and run to the police that at your house for help?! That's always bothered me...

I fail to understand how he was allowed to just sit on the stand and purger himself. I get a lot of it is opinion…but isn’t that considered hearsay when there’s no actual proof? (I’m clearly not a lawyer but it’s infuriating knowing he’s sitting there lying about basically everything)

I’ve seen a lot of speculation that Patrick’s Friend was actually at CVS and Patrick was at the restaurant. You can definitely see the different shoes (sole color was clearly different). However they say the shirts and dark coat are also different (Can somewhat see this). The video isn’t that clear and I can’t tell if the face is different. However, the person holding their phone in opposite hands is an unconscious habit and very interesting!

There are 7 minutes unaccounted for between CVS and 3V. Maps time was 10 minutes but it took him 17 minutes.
