This statue hasn’t been officially confirmed to be anyone, so no one is right or wrong. From my understanding, Makoto, Ei, Istraoth, Ronova or some other being is most likely the statue

That's the statue of Ei,in promotional video for inazuma back in 2.0 the statue is used to SYMBOLIZE Ei and in The offical CN version the statue is called "the symbol of eternity." It's also called the statue of the hundred eyed-thousand eyed God which is a direct callback to Ei and her boss form. The NPCs of Inazuma who literally built the statue recently, literally before we came to inazuma say that they built the statue for their archon and that Is further proven by thoma saying how the statue isn't completely done and it has several inazuman elements on the pedestal that it sits upon. it's also literally in front of Eis house and Ei has the exact same wings as Ronova
