@thesameerproject: High blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic diseases can be silent killers. Without medication and regular follow-up, manageable conditions can become life-threatening. On August 31, The Sameer Project returned to Life and Freedom Camp near Al-Nasr Al-Arabi Club in North Gaza for our third follow-up visit. We examined 46 patients and provided free chronic disease medication. For many of these patients, they cannot access this care unless we come to them. The Sameer Project is the only program in Gaza consistently moving from camp to camp to provide ongoing chronic disease care and medication. Help us keep showing up. We need more monthly donors to support our Medical Campaign.
