@hey.christinele: I stopped cooking bacon on the stovetop with the cold oven method and I’m never going back I get CRISPY PERFECT BACON every single time with this method. No standing over a frying pan, no bacon grease popping all over the stovetop, and cleanup is SO much easier when you line the sheet pan with foil. 🥓 My method: 1. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil 2. Lay bacon out in a single layer — try not to overlap or overcrowd 3. Put the pan into a COLD oven and turn the oven to 400°F / 204°C 4. Set a timer for 20–25 minutes and check toward the end and pull it when it's as crispy as you like The bacon heats gradually with the oven, allowing the fat to render as the temperature rises. By the time the oven reaches 400°F, the bacon is cooking in its rendered fat and gets beautifully crisp. Bonus: save the bacon grease if you cook with it! The exact timing will depend on the thickness of your bacon and how crispy you like it, so keep an eye on it the first time! While the bacon cooks, I’m able to cook other breakfast items like hash browns, eggs, toast, and wash and cut fruits. If you’re making a BLT then toast your bread and wash and slice your tomato and lettuce and you’ll get the perfect sandwich in under 30 mins! Would you try the cold oven method or are you a stovetop bacon person? #EasyRecipe #breakfastideas #bacon #creatorsearchinsights #Food
