@healthylivingellie: This feels kinda surreal to be writing 🥹 I met Sonny a year ago and was so inspired by his incredible drive to create a place where coeliacs could feel safe AND eat genuinely incredible food. After following his journey over the past year, having so many conversations about everything that’s gone into making this happen, actually walking into his first ever restaurant felt like such a full-circle moment! And the food is genuinely SO good. He’s created another safe place for us coeliacs to eat, and that’s such an amazing thing.
