i see what you are saying but there is nothing wrong with celebrating and i surely don't want Africans to end up like Zombies of Japan. Also Africans are working hard everyday trading, doing businesses and raising their kids but because you want it to look a certain way, you dont see that African mama selling vegetable in the market as working. This is a harmful narrative. I think we can improve on what we are doing already by creating better infrastructure and a system that properly documents our lives
