I recently saw your video on maladaptive daydreaming. I was wondering if we could use that to push our reality into the 3D. Like taking a trauma (because MD is based off of the stuff we we’re missing in childhood) and force it to become this energy we use to manifest? Is that possible? Like in a sense, you said your brain things these are just fiction, can we ever change that?
