Instant Pot. 5-5-5 method. 5 min cook, 5 min rest 5 min ice bath. Easy peasy. It’s pure joy to peel. Most of the shells come off in one large piece. Heaven.

No need to overcomplicate things! Simply place the boiled eggs in ice water immediately. It works because of the temperature difference.

I put my eggs in boiling water. Rinse with cold water. Never had a problem.

Not correct. I always start my eggs in cold water. What makes the difference is how fresh your eggs are. If I collect eggs and boil straight away the membrane sticks. If they are 3 days+ they are fine.
