I need to ask if leeks are fairly cheap in the UK. In the US I find they’re really expensive, like 2 leeks are $7.00 at my grocery store. I love them and wish I could use them more often 😞

This looks bloody gorgeous, nothing better on a freezing cold autumn / winter night, proper home cooked dinner warms your heart right up! I also never even thought of using borsin as a sauce either!! What a great idea, def gonna do that next time. I usually just make a white sauce from a rue like my great granny taught me but defo gonna try borsin next time! Gorgeous enjoy 🩷🩷
