I was prescribed it prn. I was very skeptical abt it but I’ve taken it twice and both times it made me dizzy and all my thoughts were gone so idk

It’s a quiet hero. I didn’t think it helped much until I couldn’t get a refill and the ruminating thoughts and physical anxiety symptoms reappeared.

I lost my only child and was prescribed Buspar. I felt like it caused more anxiety and even agitation at one point. After an increase, I seemed to of leveled out with it and took it for a while.

Interesting because I take it a few hours before I go to things like weddings and baby showers where I know I’ll cry too much and it really seems to help.

Never again. I don't know if it was the reason but I'm never taking it again to find out. Daily panic attacks, crying for hours, nausea, dry heaving, no appetite, leg shaking, chills, etc. Had to get on hydroxyzine to calm me down.

I started to have a bad picking disorder. It came out of nowhere I couldn’t stop picking the sores on my legs. I would be totally calm and chill and not realizing I was doing it. My psychiatrist prescribed me Buspar for it and I no longer have the desire to pick. I guess it can be used for different things…
