There's no difference the only advantage to me is the residents status that can make you travel outside for a while and do business e.g china to Nigeria. 9-5 work after ilr is going to mess your mental health

I’ve been in this country for 25 years now I even remember how I rushed to mental health nursing and applying for mostly because it’s alway been my dream but got too relaxed after but bringing my family though I decided to do my own foundation as advocate of mental health doing referrals to many including NHSin my own terms sad thing is I thought of that after years of toiling under NHS overworked and underpaid instead of doing my own thing
