My dads an alcoholic, my mom lost her dad on Christmas eve at 8 yrs old, grandpa did meth and basically every drug imaginable, grandma was mentally not there. My other grandpa was a debilitating alcoholic and died from it, and my other grandma was an orphan since 6. Having good family genetics and no generational trauma is massively underrated.
