@nonsens3ofthabrain: HE TIME HAS FINALLY COME, I’D LIKE TO FORMALLY INTRODUCE YOU ALL TO MY UPCOMING POINT AND CLICK ADVENTURE GAME, JACK, ROXY, AND THE END OF THE WORLD! To kick things off, a quick high concept! Jack, Roxy, And The End Of The World is a 2.5D point and click adventure game, where you play as Jack and his partner Roxy. Newer Yorks most infamous guardian angels, as they uncover their biggest mystery yet. What starts out as a run of the mill case, spirals into a scandal unlike anything the whole Angel world has ever seen. The game has three acts and a finale, where you must solve puzzles, beat minigames, and use items in stupid yet creative ways. All in hopes of putting a stop to the end of the world. Since I’m about to officially graduate from college in October, I’m finally starting to get this project off the ground. I’ll be posting a lot about this game going forwards and if things look promising, maybe I’ll open up a kickstarter!!! For a bit of extra context, the game will have fully 2D animated characters in a 3D world, full hand animated cutscenes, and a bunch of fun other artsy stuff because art is my specialty!!! The whole thing is meant to feel like an episodic cartoon gone wrong, with a bunch of surrealist cosmic horror and a sombrely quiet twist that reframes everything you thought you knew.
