So then this is not legal and the lands still owned by natives. The treaty states that they live in peace and friendship not to give away land rights since the native don’t believe in owning land given by god. I still fish, hunt and gather food and wood on crown land and have never had a hunting licence or asked for permission. The government laws and native laws are separate.
