I agree with your video and love your thoughts on this. I also loved a podcast with Caleb Hearon and Trixie talking about this. Society has become so obsessed with the outcome that we’re losing sight of the experience itself. It’s becoming almost anti-making, anti-creating, anti-process. We shouldn’t cheat ourselves out of life by rushing past the process. The process is the becoming. It’s where we grow, build resilience, and find our strength. I’ve been having to remind myself of this lately, too. Sending good vibes your way! ❤️

I get a lot of hate comments, even under videos that doesn't point to them dating at all and are just clips pointing out their cute moments, and I fail to understand why.. This is a hot take but WHY are people so against shipping Shenny when Sharky and Kenny themselves don't seem to mind and they encourage it? They mention Shenny any chance they get, they're aware of the shippers, and they don't care. So what's wrong with it? Yes they ship it as a joke but even if it isn't a joke who cares? Why does that affect you? Why does it gross you out without sounding homophobic? The point is Sharky and Kenny DO NOT CARE, So why do you? It might be weird to you but it's not to them. So why are YOU bothered? Sharky read a fanfic of them kissing, he knows what their fans are doing, and he never told anyone to stop. He has the power to stop it, but he doesn't careee! Why do you care!!!?😭 Their friends and even themselves joke about them being gay all the time. We get to joke about it too, they're YouTubers.. That's what fans do... And if they're uncomfortable they get to state that boundary. It's really not that big of an issue.. People ship all the time. As long as no one is harassing them then it's harmless. People are so overprotective over them when in reality they couldn't give less of a crap. It's perplexing to me. I keep getting called parasocial but what they're doing sounds way more parasocial than I am 😭 Acting like you know them, and assuming they're uncomfortable with the things I post, when they're not.. Kenny literally liked my video and the caption basically called them gay, he doesn't care! He knows full well he doesn't have to like it, and I wouldn't have known. But he did it anyway... He went out his way to like my video.. Because he doesn't care Shenny shippers were widely accepted in 2022-2024, but everyone is against it now, and I'll never understand I'm just so confused by all the sudden Shenny hate recently, none of it makes sense to me Please feel free to talk to me in the comments because I genuinely don't understand the issue.
